The way to happiness
Matt. 5:3-12
“지식에서 행복을 찾았으나 환멸을 발견했고, 여행에서 행복을 찾았으나 지치고 피곤함을, 부(돈)에서 행복을 찾았으나 부조화와 걱정을, 글 쓰는 일에서 행복을 추구했으나 글 쓰는 일은 단지 그를 피곤하게 만들었다.” – 역사학자 Will Durant –
He looked for happiness in knowledge and found disillusionment. He then sought happiness in travel and found weariness; in wealth and found discord a worry. He looked for happiness in his writing but writing only made him very tired.
1. 행복은 어디에 있는가? Where is happiness?
“자신만을 위해 살지 말라. 진정으로 행복하기 위해서는 함께 해야 한다. 인생은 상호교환이기 때문에 당신 자신보다 큰 어떤 일을 위한 준비가 되어져야 한다. 앞으로 발전하려면 그 대가를 지불해야 한다. 행복하려면, 무엇인가 돌려주어야 한다.” -오프라 윈프리-
Don’t live for yourself alone. In order to be truly happy, you must live along with and you have to stand for something larger than yourself because life is a reciprocal exchange. To move forward, you have to give back. To be happy, you have to give something back.

2. 행복으로 가는 길 The ways to happiness
a. 이기적인 삶을 살지 말라. Live an unselfish living.

The highest form of worship is the worship of unselfish Christian service. The greatest form of praise is the sound of consecrated feet seeking out the lost and helpless.
b. 하나님을 섬기고 먼저 다른 사람을 돌보라. Serve God and put others first.
